My name is Dale Calvert. I am originally from a small town in Kentucky, Stamping Ground, population 400. It took me 10 long years to develop a six figure income as a network marketing distributor, but by age 35 I became a millionaire and developed a net worth of over five million dollars before my 40th birthday. Honestly those that know me will tell you it has never been about the money, it has always been about helping others escape the 9 -5 grind.
I am married to Dawn, the love of my life, between us we have 5 children and 4 grandchildren, loving families, awesome friends, and we design our life to do what we want with who we want.
MY STORY
At age 20 I was sponsored into a network marketing company by my best friend at the time, who quit two weeks after I joined. My first 3 years where were the most challenging, frustrating and aggravating years of my life. I had none of the skill sets or mindsets required to build a network marketing team.
The only reason you are reading this is I had a unique opportunity to be able to listen to audio cassettes 8 hours a day using a Walkman at my full-time job as an assembly line worker. Finally after 3 years things started to come together when I had what I call “The Leadership Development” paradigm shift which changed everything for me.
After 5 years I was able to leave my job and go full time. It took me 9 years in the industry to develop a $92,000 income, my 10th year it jump to $252,000, My 11th year over 1 million dollars and my 13th years over 3 million dollars. It all happened by design, I understand specifically, exactly how it all happened. I have had the opportunity to travel all over the world and share my systems and ideas with some awesome groups of people. I am thankful and blessed.

SO WHY THE MLM SUCCESS BLOG & PODCAT?
With this blog, and podcast my #1 goal is to be a source of inspiration and motivation to network marketers who understand that our real product is people. I know that if I had not had the opportunity to listen to the success stories of others when I first started, I would have never made it through those first 3 years.
The industry is full of “self proclaimed gurus” who are trying to teach you how to do something they have never done, and that bothers me much more than it should. I want to share with you real stories from real people who not just talk the talk, but who have walked the walk. I hope these stories & experiences – both the wins and my failures – will inspire you to reach your goals.
If you’re not actively involved in network marketing, but thinking about it, you can see what it’s like, and make your decision on your own without be pressured & subjected to the possibility of false claims and wasted money.
I will be the first to tell you that Network Marketing IS NOT for everyone. I sincerely believe it is the most challenging, yet most financially rewarding business model in the world. My commitment is not necessarily to the industry, but to people like you.
